libavformat branch: multiple audio streams don't work

ofSoundStream sucks (see openFrameworks/openFrameworks#5519)

will require per-platform solution without using ofSoundStream - or use libavfilter to mix down to a single stream, which won't be a safe solution if users are also using ofSoundStream.
