Introduce Email Tagging and Labeling

Add functionality for users to tag and label emails, supporting both predefined and custom tags.

Adding an ideal use case for this functionality.

I currently have archived emails from multiple sources. I am interested in this tool to consolidate them all but would still like the ability to filter by import source. So tagging during import would be very valuable here!
