@dplumlee @xcrzx I'm wondering why does a rule [log a warning status](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/179680#issuecomment-2074457868) when `max_signals > xpack.alerting.rules.run.alerts.max`? There's nothing dangerous in this situation, and user doesn't have to necessarily fix anything....
