Mouse tilt / horizontal scroll doesn't perform the action

Hello everyone!

I'm not sure if this can be fixed, probably this is related to the Java runtime.

While vertical scroll perfectly works, mouse tilt to perform horizontal scroll does not work. Checked on Windows / GNU/Linux platforms with different Logitech and Dell mouse devices.
