measurement tool improvement -- an enhancement suggestion (not a bug)

hi Ben,

It could be a great extra if the measurement tool could "display" vero board numbers / letters... Then we could place one at the other side of the board... or we could place one beside the "letters" of the board (when remaking a verified layout which has letters not numbers)

also, sometimes the wires cover the letters / numbers, so placing a ruler there could be great...

just an idea...

and DIYLC is perfect without this, too :)
