measurement tool -- little mistake

hi! (v4.37) (it was like this in the former versions too)

The measurement tool has "label color" option... but it is not active (does nothing) hm, no big deal... BUT :) The line tool in shapes group has... start arrow, and arrow.. AND (!!) moveable label!!

my guess: the two things are very-very similar... the only difference is the label so, maybe, the "moveable label" happens to be at the wrong place :)

it would be great if the measurement tool's label could be moveable...

but otherwise: very-very minor "problem"... I mean, it is not even a problem :)
