suggestion -- new feature: switch view globally: parts' name / value

hi,

thank you for DIYLC! I have a suggestion, it'd be great if we could switch the view globally....

in view "A" (say), we would see the part's name, all the parts'... in view "B", we would see the parts' values...

when comparing the layout to a schematic, this could be really useful...

just an idea, DIYLC is already perfect anyway :)
