Deploy to Live server ERROR during accessing file that is in process of being uploaded

I understand this is a normal - that when FTP'ing a PHP file and a user access that script during upload he would get a ERROR.

I have read that its possible to upload file with a different name then rather use rename to prevent this error -- Is this possible with PHPLOY?

NEEDED FEATURE: Use temporary files The files will be uploaded with a "tmp" suffix that will be removed once the upload has finished. This setting is useful in case of large files in order to sustain the availability of the website or application.
