fix release 1.1.0

there is a failing test TestAioimaplib::test_get_quotaroot that seems to be a char encoding issue. It is probably more related to the test context than to the production code.

I will be able to have a look on thursday or friday.

Since then if someone else can fix this I could do another release after the fix.
