Shader not working in computer.

It only runs on mobile, I tried it in different PC but it still didn't work. The screen in invisible, there are no clouds and the Sun is Minecraft default. I am currently using a non render dragon 1.18.2 version, it has no render dragon engine. bicubic shader 2.5 ultra works on that Minecraft version. But why Mirai shader doesn't work on my PC?

This shader does not support windows/non renderdragon. Non renderdragon is HLSL and there's not HLSL in this shader only glsl (mobile)
