this image cannot work on 3B+

I flash this pi-desktop.image to TF card, can it cannot work on my 3B+.

the latest release 2017-07-31, has a bootcode.bin and a start.elf, that does not support pi3B+.

Yes those images work on both the 3B and 3B+
