Dealing with defunct companies/services

How do we want to deal with companies and services in our database that have since been closed? I'm mostly opening this issue to remind us that we should adopt...

We can detect and error if there are terms like "Datenschutzbeauftragter", "privacy team", "data protection officer", etc.

We don't want any original research in our records (a policy that we should also document!), so records need at least one source that is not a PR or issue...
