[Bug]: Using "run fast" hides "try it" and "visualize" options

Description

If you have enabled experimental "Run Fast" option in vs code and click "run" command shown above services, it then hides the "try it" and "visualize "options. To get these options back you have to restart vs code

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to ballerina extension settings
2. Turn on Enable Run Fast option (you may need to restart vs code after this)
3. Open ballerina project with simple services like hello world service
4. Click the Run command shown above the service

Ballerina: 2201.8.6 VS code extension: v4.5.8 VS code: 1.89.0 Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
