testerina BBEs should be removed from the ignore list

Description:

Current way of testing BBEs is by creating a submodule for each BBE, adding the files as source files and running the build command. Testerina BBEs cannot be tested with this model since it requires files to be in both source source directory as well as the tests/ directory. Due to this reason. testerina BBEs are added into the ignore list.

The testing model should be enhanced to have files in tests directory ( i.e. based on a file name pattern) to be able to run testerina BBEs.
