Add "IDStorage Tools" option for 03g (PSP-3000) models (under "NAND operations")

Can you please add "IDStorage Tools" capability under "NAND operations" for PSP-3000/03g models? I'd like to change the NAND region of a PSP-3000.

If it's not available on PSP-3000's, does that mean PSP-2000's with TA-088v3 motherboard don't have the "IDStorage Tools" option either?
