Recovery Menu swapped/unresponsive options

Recovery menu for 5.02 (TT and regular) M33-5's option to charge over USB toggles use network update instead, use network update toggles hide PIC0/PIC1 instead, hide PIC0/PIC1 toggles use version.txt instead. The use version.txt option toggles nothing and resets the cursor to back instantly with no text at the bottom

There is no such problem on PSP-1000. It doesn't have USB charge option.

I can replicate this issue.

Toggling the last 2 options in Recovery Menu -> Configurations does nothing at all. Various other options above it are "off by one" and instead toggle the option 1 entry below them.

All options above "charge via USB" are working, but as of "charge via USB" the issues start to appear.

I suspect this is caused by the Recovery Menu having different entries on 1k and non-1k (1k has 'use slim colours', while 2k+ have 'charge via USB').
