Improve hello-world healthcheck

  • Try to make it more noisy. especially regarding which healthcheck failed..
  • Possibly make the hello-world one configurable so that slow sd cards can survive in the field. And perhaps something the supervisor can disable before pulling new application. And re-enable afterwards?
