Observed on the Balena Fin board (also on a custom rpi3 board), rpi3, rpi zero, rpi2 and others

This is probably due to https://github.com/balena-io/balena-supervisor/issues/861 which has been fixed now.

And this supervisor is in the development branch and will be in next release.

This bug is still present in 2.50.1 (latest seen on Intel NUC at 2.50.1+rev1)
