Add a `disassemble` command

This is useful for debugging or otherwise inspecting the contents of generated deltas.

TODO:

• Probably worth looking for clean up opportunities, perhaps even consolidating some duplicate-(ish) code I added.
• Some proper testing (even if manual) wouldn't hurt either.
