Can't flash to Jetson Nano, says "Failed"

Trying to flash jetson nano. Doing lsusb | grep NVIDIA returns the correct values seen by the instructions.

This is the carrier board I'm using : https://www.waveshare.com/jetson-nano-dev-kit-a.htm The Jetson-IO-BASE-A. I've shorted the correct pins aswell.

I've made an Ubuntu 22.04 VM, got docker running, built the image and did docker-compose up, put the balena image into the volume aswell.
