Supervisor container dies in low space
I hope this is the correct repo to report this issue, sometimes when we run out of space with some updates, even the supervisor dies and we have to purge the data manually and restart the device to get it working again.
Is there any update on this?
Sorry, not as of yet. There is a few more things that I need to get done soon, so unfortunately I do not have a time frame on this at the moment.

The path forward for this issue would be for the Supervisor to only proceed with an update if there is enough disk space. This would be a nice-to-have feature as part of the Supervisor re-architecture, see internal improvement. As such, we won't be implementing any workarounds (unless sufficient need) until that aspect of the re-architecture occurs. In the meantime, it is recommended to make sure a device has ample space for releases and the OS (including Supervisor), by testing out release updates on a lab device prior to rolling out to your fleet(s).
