Issue when moving/pinning a device between apps

  1. Moved device from App A to App B
  2. The device picked the pinned release for App B
  3. The user tried to update the device from pinned release P to a newer release N. The device failed to pick up the new release with the error Failed to get target state for device: t: Internal Server Error
  4. User moved device outside of App B and then back in, and then it picked up the release N

Based on this info, I couldn't reproduce in a test. Finding more information.

Also experiencing this on some of our devices, but not moving applications. Just going from a pinned release to the lastest release.

Seems to be resolved by re-adding the device to the application.
