Raspberry Pi 4 applications/devices don't have Pi-specific configs listed

The Pi4 device type is not whitelisted.

Is this issue resolved in #184? And thus be closed? We're using the RPI 4 with open-balena, and using the Pi-specific configs are necessary for us. But it's probably fixed.
