New installation not workin on Mac OS

• Mac OS (M1 Pro chip) 12.6 (21G115)
• Image flashed: N/A
• What do you think should have happened: Program opens successfully
• What happened:
• The icon bounced for a while, then nothing happened. When I right click it says "Not responding"
• Do you see any meaningful error information in the DevTools?

No - I can't open or start the application
