Install Etcher on Kali failed

• Etcher version: balena-etcher_1.18.13_amd64.deb
• Operating system and architecture: kali lnx - rolling
• What happened: i try this: apt install ./balena-etcher_1.18.13_amd64.deb i get this:

Whats going wrong ?

I'm having same issue on Gnome and Ubuntu Desktop and Cinnamon.
