I can't use my phone as a USB drive

Etcher version: 1.18.4
Operating system and architecture: Windows x64
Image flashed: Ubuntu
What do you think should have happened: That my phone can be used as a USB stick
**What happened: My phone is connected to my computer and it shows up in the file explorer as a drive, but BalenaEtcher doesn't show it **
Do you see any meaningful error information in the DevTools?: no

I don't have a large enough USB stick and since a phone is just a really big USB stick with a screen, I thought I could use that instead but apparently not. Is it actively not showing it or is that a Windows thing?

No. You cant Because BalenaEtcher formats the drive your using, it will brick your phone.
