Feature: Read SDCard to *.img file

I would like the ability to read a complete SDCard and save as an img file. This functionality exists in Win32DiskImager. If this was added to etcher, Win32DiskImager would no longer be needed.

Optionally, it would be nice if etcher could also run pishrink on the img file. https://github.com/Drewsif/PiShrink/blob/master/pishrink.sh
