Allow window controls by integrating with native window manager

  • Operating system and architecture: Arch Linux, x86_64

I'm using a tile based window manager (i3), but Etcher is not conforming to my window model. I feel like Etcher should, instead of just drawing over the screen, give the user more choice by integrating with system's native window managers to allow things like resizing and moving around.

https://github.com/balena-io/etcher/issues/272#issuecomment-208142528 prevented this. It was an awful way of remediating the stated problem.
