Improve the Advanced boot settings page

Please improve the Advanced boot settings page to cover the devices other than Raspberry Pi. Currently the page is RPi specific, the options mentioned to configure the device tree settings does not exist on other platforms. And there's no tool for checking the predefined dt blob or overlay information provided from the os image.

My current intention is to enable the two extra PWM channels on my Tinker Board, which are preconfigured to be disabled in the rk3288-miniarm.dtb file. Hope the page content could give some detailed information on configuring such devices by boot time.
