Add invalidate release command to CLI

Seems like we should smooth out the draft/finalize/invalidate releases workflow by adding invalidate command to balena CLI. Right now, a user can only invalidate a release via balenaCloud. They can draft and finalize via CLI, and it seems natural to provide a user with a way to invalidate a release via CLI as well.
