Suggestion : add how to use FSR by Magpie(or Lossless scaling) to QoL section

As said Steam Deck Tools manual (https://steam-deck-tools.ayufan.dev/steam-controller#6-fullscreen-scaling-hotkey-steam--up-pad-press), it have shortcut as Steam+Dpad UP to Alt+Ctrl+U, can be used as hotkey for Magpie or Lossless scaling.

With this apps you can apply FSR for any windows mode game like SteamOS. I am sure it is worth to mention it.
