Configure tag names only once

Now you have to configure tag names multiple times. First in the discovery tab(where is this info used anyway?). Then you have to do it again for every target you add.

Rename tag in discovery tab is just used in the "Name" column. You're right, this should be more friendly (less duplicate values), but it's not so simple, as you can name the tags differently for each target. So, I can't globally change tag name. I will think about an option in the config to synchronize or not the names of the tags (this should not be confusing).
