Custom root (i.e for Juicebox)

With packages like https://www.juicebox.net/release/juicebox_lite_1.5.1.zip that don't keep the expected files in the root folder, is there a way to specify the required location. In this case the path is /web/jbcore/juicebox.js that needs to be extracted.
