Add a version number to the UI

Just a suggestion – I think adding a version number to the UI that updates automatically as new versions are pushed to main branch would be useful for debugging. Sometimes users go into the Discord with frontend issues, which are occasionally resolved by force refreshing to clear cache. Having a version number displayed on the UI would help pinpoint whether the user is on the latest version of the UI.
