Wrong row background in setting

See screenshot. Also those rows are not tappable but looks like they should ?

They are no currently implemented. The dark gray background and low opacity were meant to convey that they are not enabled, but it's probably better to just hide them altogether until they are.

@ricburton thoughts?

You could just remove the disclosure indicator > and possibly add WIP to each row.
