2 Allow signing arbitrary walletconnect transactions!

Right now Balance Wallet crashes when walletconnect send a transaction that is not recognized by balance. This prevents using any dapp that integrates walletconnect, unless specifically supported by Balance. Sounds... centralized 😨

Definitely don’t like the sound of that :) 

Must fix this before launch.
