Write a developer guide for integrating new exchanges

To make it easier for anyone to contribute, it would be great to write a generic step-by-step guide of how to integrate new exchanges to Balance Open. Although each exchange may have different integrations, most steps and couplings are shared to between them. You can find the code for the existing supported exchanges as an example under Balance > Shared > Data Model > APIs in the project hierarchy.
