Question on DMs

Are individual DMs necessarily what someone might want here? Is it fine if I open up 1000 DMs per day and then start getting inundated with replies from my followers? Or are Twitter users with may followers already used to this volume of DMs?

Good question. Open to other solutions, but maybe you do just end up answering a fair number of DMs per day. Often founders answer a lot of customer service tickets for this reason.
