Fix for windows

Hi bakercp, Looking for the possibility to control text anchor position, I found your addon. It seems very nice, but complitation failed on windows. So I tried to fix it. I guess now it's ok. I just have to add two missing include directive, and I also move the ofFontTypes.h file from the example dir to the addon src dir (not 100% sure about that). I saw your addon may be include in 0.9.0 ? I hope so.
