Feature suggestion: AVIF/AV1 Image/Video support

Firefox 93 now supports AVIF image format: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/93.0/releasenotes/?utm_source=firefox-browser&utm_medium=firefox-desktop&utm_campaign=about-dialog

And versions older than this already support AV1 video format, which is more modern and requires less bandwidth than H264/H265/VP8(WebM)/VP9.

As Meguca is a modern imageboard engine, having this formats supported, would be nice.

Also, I didn't test for WebP image format yet, if Meguca doesn't support it, it could be implemented

WebP is already supported.
