Feature suggestion: Link anonymization

When clicking on external links, a referrer is sent to the site of link.

But links can contain an field that modifies their behaviors: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/a#attr-referrerpolicy

This may be very easy to implement, just add rules for link creation with text block.
