Adding Taxonomy - Image upload & color picker issue

Hi

After adding first taxonomy i am adding second taxonomy without page refreshing i notice two issue one is color picker display same color which was selected for first taxonomy and image upload field display remove image button place of upload image. After click on Remove image button upload button come back but after uploading image image not displaying .
