Bug fixes and usability updates

I've made quite a few updates and bug fixes over the last while i've been using this plugin. Minor changes include

  • Fixing the display of large images in the admin
  • updating the table structure of repeater and grouped fields to be easier to read and use
  • changed time picker to a 24hr format because it cause issues for users who got confused

Major fixes include Conditional image bug fix, which would not display images for repeater and conditional fields, which caused them to disappear.
