High CPU load

I use cppcryptfs with nextcloud, around 43 GB with 20.500 files. Since a few days, I have a permanent high CPU load with ccpcryptfs when the nextcloud client is active, with around 17% for the cppcryptfs process. Thats seems to be 1 complete core from my 6 core i7-10850H. Are this to much files for cppcryptfs or is there an other error ?
