learner 可以合入了，这个patch有些大，加上最近有些忙，所以还没同步过来

@PFZheng It will be great if the braft project merges the learner related changes so that the community can benefit. I will be happy to test the changes even if a working branch with the patch is made available.

👋 @PFZheng @ipconfigme We (from the Typesense project) have been using braft with a lot of success and would love to see the learner feature merged.

Is there anything at all we can do to help make that happen? We'll be happy to try it out and contribute feedback or patches. I'm sorry to bump this old thread, but it looks like there is a lot of interest in the community for this feature, so I was wondering if we can find a way to make this happen.
