Hello there and thanks for this awesome project. is there any road map on adding drag and drop to the canvas elements? i would be glad to here from you and make a contribution. thanks in advance.

This project is halted at the moment due to availability issues from the lead maintainer @Abdelrahman3D

We are currently discussing the direction this project should take, as we want it to be a Component Builder toolkit rather than a UI builder. I will mark this as an enhancement for the time being. But I do recommend not contributing at the moment as once we start active development, many things may change.
