Disable Overscroll/Elastic Scroll

Maybe this is already possible but I've looked through the docs and tried various searches here, What I would like is some way to disable a person's ability to either touch and drag or use their mouse and drag beyond the last slide. When you let go it snaps back which is awesome and usually what I want hooper to do, but just not this case.

I'd love this too! Currently working on a project and to get around it I've just enabled infiniteScroll
