Unable to scroll the app page after clicking on the hooper

When the hooper is clicked on, then the scrolling of the parent page becomes disabled until when outside the hooper is clicked. This creates a terrible user experience.

The scrolling up and down of the parent page should not be overridden by the scrolling or clicking of the hooper slides.
