Bulk categorize existing records? - Perhaps make rules?

Hello,

great tool, but it only working for new imports of records.

I have lots of previously imported stuff that I would like to recatageorize,

Also there is a lot of repetition in requests, would it be possible to use this tool to generate rules? and then in future, if a rule exists that has AI-Categorize-Rule, it uses rule instead of skip categorize?

It would save API fees.
