Ok, I think the issue is the Switch controller driver that is used. This is an issue I have with all of my switch controllers on Linux and Mac OS....

@igoracmelo ludo relies on underlying controller support from the operating system, so if there isn't a working driver we can't provide a mapping. =(

A form of this is added via #521, however for some reason when I applied the same logic to `.m3u` files it wasn't finding the files.

And #521 now addresses this with additional improvements for multidisc games using bin/cue files.
